Here are some useful tips\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing \ncan beat vis-\u00e0-vis interaction with your customers, when it comes to \ntrade. Luckily, most consumers still prefer shopping at physical stores \nrather than at online ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through \nvisual contact you, industry professionals, are able to understand the \nneeds and desires of customers, but also listen to their complaints and \ntake advantage of these data to build a specific marketing strategy. We \nall know that a strategy is necessary in order to establish a lasting \nand profitable relationship with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>But you cannot achieve this goal by simply applying particularly low prices and offering advantageous discounts.<\/strong> Here you need cunning, creativity and strategy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are in the third millennium, in the digital age in which being constantly connected is part of everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How can we ensure the offline world coexists with the online world? Can it really be useful?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \nprevious article \u00ab&nbsp;Low cost eyewear? Let\u2019s be clear!&nbsp;\u00bb the Internet \nseemed to be your \u00ab&nbsp;worst enemy&nbsp;\u00bb; it\u2019s true, sometimes it might be, but\n everything depends on how you manage to exploit it to your advantage!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offline \nand online are two channels which can very well coexist and strengthen \neach other and which will allow you to offer the customer various tools \nto communicate with the company, creating a constant and lasting \nrelationship, even outside the shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will \nsee that, even if not everyone, the more \u00ab&nbsp;modern&nbsp;\u00bb ones will very much \nappreciate the possibility of interacting with the staff and living a \ncompletely new shopping experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we \ntalk about offline communication we naturally mean channels that do not \nuse the Internet, i.e. radio, television (although even this is now \ndigitized), posters, printed paper, brochures and ordinary mail. Well, \nwe know full well that this kind of approach is often no longer \nsufficient and not effective enough, I would say almost obsolete, don\u2019t \nyou agree? It takes something fresh, new and different that intrigues us\n and gives us new stimuli. Don\u2019t you think? And here is a whole new and \ncreative world, the online world, which involves tools such as websites,\n Google ads, newsletters and social networks. Yes, it\u2019s true, it is no \nlonger a world novelty, but still very underestimated. We are not \nsuggesting that you stop using the old tools. On the contrary: join \nforces!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before \nthey come to you, consumers will have searched on the web. But what if \nyou are not there? They would probably go to one of your competitors. \nThat\u2019s why we thought about putting together a few useful tips!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8524\" style=\"width: 50px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stileitalianoocchiali.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/icona-web-200x200.png\" alt=\"\"> <strong>SITO WEB MOBILE FRIENDLY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t you have a website? Have you had one  for some time, but have not changed it for years? Do not delay. By now,  this should be your business card. You don\u2019t want to look  old-fashioned, right?! Build or modernise a website and perhaps even a  mobile-friendly blog, i.e. one adaptable to mobile devices. Do you know  that the chances of a customer logging on from a smartphone or tablet  are very high? Today, with the software available online, anyone can  create a nice showcase on the Internet, but don\u2019t go it alone. Rely on  someone who is able to develop not only the mobile-friendly site, but  also a site with SEO. SEO is a strategy to increase the exposure of your  website by improving search engine ranking. All this is useful because  only 1 shop out of 3 has a functioning website and only 1 out of 2 is  optimized for mobile devices. This \ndoes not mean you need to be present everywhere. Choose a channel that \nsuits you and keep it active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the \nlogos of the social networks on which you are present must always be \nindicated on the traditional printed information material, by means of a\n small banner; customers will be able to identify at a glance where to \nfind you online. Because you do want them to find you, right? Who still \nlooks in a traditional phone book? Constructive criticism and advice are welcome  when it comes to enhancing sales and strengthening customer relations! In a nutshell,  make sure that your customers make it known to others that they are in  the shop and that they are enjoying a unique experience. This is not  possible by visiting the online store. Be creative and consider a small  incentive to prompt them to act! Consider taking the photo yourself and \nposting it on your favourite channels. It could be your website, \nFacebook or Instagram. Create a hashtag, i.e. a keyword that can \nidentify you; let it be preceded by # (hash key) and associate it with \nthe image. Simple isn\u2019t it? Alternatively, you can also encourage \ncustomers to do this work for you. The choice is yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are \njust a few tips that seemingly may seem strange and complex, but don\u2019t \nbe afraid because it\u2019s not that difficult. If you\u2019re just starting up, \nfocus on only a few tips and start from there, then expand your offer. \nThere is no need to do everything at once. Take one step at a time, but \ndo it well and with quality. You\u2019ll see that, in time, you\u2019ll attract \nmore and more customers and a young and, in particular \u00ab&nbsp;connected&nbsp;\u00bb \ntarget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember \nthat the winning strategy will be to offer professionalism, integrity \nand concrete answers.
